My ISX already has more miles than everyone that seems to destroy them.
I'm just sick of not being able to drop the truck off, and know it's ready.
When I had Blackie, I'd go down to Volvo with a list, finished, complete, no hassle in hours.
I called a dealer near Romulus this morning.
Ask for service. Got put on hold twice. Got hung up on twice after wasting 15 minutes of my life without ever even saying hello to anyone other than the girl that answers the phone.Farmerbob1, Vic Firth, wore out and 1 other person Thank this. -
50/50 split so far. Not that it matters. Just wonder what the detractors are, that are earning the no votes lol.
wore out Thanks this. -
Kenworth dealer in Indianapolis IN shop sux zero comunication, took them 3 weeks of ordering parts for the fridge before they said screw it and put a new one in, hour shop time in labor chages radio played fine never cut even though i told them it only happens while driving ( which they didnt drive it)

And the techs I talked to say it's a low rpm engine which I like.
But Halbursleighben, refer company where I keep my truck, has a bunch of them, and I swear the RUSH truck is there a lot, tweaking on engines.
And that's in just the little time I'm passing by the terminal. -
What you got for miles on your cascadia now ?Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.
