mercer sent out mass email on new personal conveyance quideline and how to upload paperwork

a email was sent to all contractors about new guidance for personal conveyance for what mercer will allow,

also the email about the video available for uploading documents thru the contractor web.

the mercer app , that we get charged for , will be going away . the company whose software provides the platform is ceasing operation, so there isnt a choice.

since jj keller and q comm provide location, the services of the app are moving to the contractor web, there will be a transition period.

if you look under unit list , scroll to right where the inspection report is, the new tabs will be there, there has been an advance tab for several weeks now , there will be no charge to upload documents from the contractor web. there is a per page fee for transflo.

i would reply in main mercer threadm but i was banned from there for " arguing " about the VA with p608.

but to answer a question on loaded empty etc, it will be on the contractor web or you can use q comm to do it.

 

It's not about hosting the app, it is the software to support it, from what I was told.

I would guess they are trying to keep it in house so this wouldn't happen again.
