Don't worry about us.AfterShock and Lab work Thank this. -
OK the OP has been give a chance to correct the timeline. First EVERY training company out there keeps up with the students after they get off the trainers trucks. A trainer that is referring a student to a youtube video will not last long as a trainer. There comes a point when the company training dept will remove said driver as a trainer. At upgrade these same students also grade the trainers. A trainer not doing their jobs will be removed when getting dinged time and time like this. Then OP says this. (I have had no practice backing. Trainer says all the practice I need is on the swift YouTube page) then went on to contradict that statement with this one (I will be off the truck in three days he still needs my DOT hours to complete this run, but says he will not waste time with training.) This next point was the one I was hoping people caught. Trainers are responsible for their trucks. There is NO trainer going to just go get a cup of coffee while a student using swift youtube videos damages that truck. I don't like being a bad guy here but this is what it is. What we have here is a driver wannabe that has taxed his trainer to the point he has just gave up and wants him off the truck. Now I guess I get to be the big bad mean bad guy for pointing all this out. That's OK I'm used to it!

Read the back of their trailers...LEASE, TRAIN, DRIVE. At least they're honest in that regard. -
Truckdrivingtralerpuller Three items worth mentioning, enthusiasm, protocol and loyalty. This is from the limited amount of information you have provided.
Your enthusiasm is great. Most people talk about the amount of money they can make. You only talk about going into debt so you can learn. Kudos, that is a good attitude.
Protocol is what is used for comlaints. I am sure that CRE has provided information concerning this process. A good rule is try solving your issues at the lowest level first. Another words don't complain to the star fleet commander. Use the chain of command first.
Loyalty is very weak in this situation you have explained. If you hit that trailer the first night. That is a good time to address your concerns. The way you provide information demonstrates a lack of loyalty to the company that has provided you a opportunity. When I find a trailer with no mud flaps, flat tires and no reefer fuel. I am forced to deal with a employee that has no loyalty.
I am looking forward to sharing the privilege of being the big bad mean guy
