Here is a small tip for you. If you don't make contracts that benefit your company, you have no one to blame but yourself.
If the broker refuses the addition, simply refuse to pull the load. If detention never happens then they will gladly sign to get the load moved. If they won't pay (the real amount) detention, there is likely a reason.snowwy and brian991219 Thank this.
