Where is the anti eld forum?
I don't feel to happy today have to stop 45 miles away from delivery. Because I used more than 3 hours on duty today. Which screwed any chances of using all my drive hours. So legally if I had nothing around me to park at, I would not be able to use PC to find safe parking as I understand it.
    But I feel clueless.

Does your in cab camera have facial recognition? Perhaps it can sense you are having emotional distress and talk to you.

Did you really spend 3 hours on duty actively assisting in the loading or was it sitting around bsing while they loaded you?

Is the former its a run that can't be made without a 10 hour break and should be charged accordingly. If the latter then split log it and get there 2 hours earlier than you would taking a full ten.

wore out, misterG and IluvCATS Thank this.

No it was start at 7 am drive to receiver with no appointment because of a very bad broker, deleted my P.O. number or some crap. Than I sat until 10am done being unloaded. So waste of my day mostly. I should have drove with Elog off 6 miles from receiver until I got there. But hey don't want to be an outlaw.

So the only actual on duty time was to check in, havi into the dock, and then again to get your paperwork? That's perfect for split logging.
