    Even if there was a free site to mirror from phone it will take data to get it to phone to TV.
    And you still going to eat up bandwidth. Might as well get a tablet and just watch it on that....take the TV and phone out of the equation

    I have an unlimited plan on my phone. When I mirror to the TV, data is not being reduced. This is mirroring not and hotspotting
