Yes but he is right...some of the new drivers really don't seem to get the image thing at Walmart...does seem to be getting worse...might be the terminal managers.

I don't know how new drivers could mess up wearing a uniform but most of the time i see the guys that have been here longer than others wearing shirts that were given to them all week long as a replacement to the uniform. The problem is always more towards these seniority/ higher ranking side. I wanted one of those shirts but not to wear all week. Maybe as a casual Friday kind of thing. Other than that, I'm wearing my uniform all week with no complaints. Especially since it's free unlike most other places.

I had my own made. Helping customers save money and live better saving them the uniform fee ;) Mine are just like store associates except they say transportation and have my domicile on the sleeve. We got them doing store ambassador stuff.

But I have like 15 of them. They are changed out when dirty or daily whichever comes first.

I don't know about new guys doing it more but i definitely don't see senior guys talking their shirt tails in. Although the shirts with short tails i dont think look right tucked in. As far as cleanliness, I'll tell you our gtm told me day one how bad the cintas is with getting things done and cleaned. I know you can replace a shirt if it gets bad, but when it comes down to personally making sure your shirt is clean, yes, some of us are definitely better than others.
