Will you be OTR or mostly regional? If it’s short, regional runs ask him to show you his books before you settle on being paid per mile. Chances are you’d be better off on percentage but I’m already questioning how honest of a guy he is.

I understand yall aren't being rude and im thankful for the help. The issue was running a red light cause my trainer told me i couldn't stop in time, other issue was hitting light pole with trailer cause a car cut me off and I didn't want to hit the car. Neither one is on my mvr or dac

This isn’t going to end well, JD. In about two weeks there will be a new thread about some different company, this is probably the 3rd or 4th job with two months experience. First was Big M out of Hickory Flat, then Pepsi, then grain hauling, then Swift, now flatbed. I may have forgotten one.

Big m i left for family reasons, pepsi i didn't count in my 2 months experience cause it was a box truck. Never did grain hauling just looked into it. 2 months experience is from a few weeks at big m which i left cause my grandmother needed me home, then a month with swift

Go to McElroy Flatbed in Cuba, Alabama right across the state line from Meridian. They train no experience people and get you home weekends. That’s my best advice, flatbed isn’t something you do with no training Or experience.

Out too. Just saw the Pepsi post.
Can't believe they ask you to drive on impairing meds or without glasses.

    Tug Toy Thanks this.
