    The European operations will continue unchanged with the exception of some Praxair assets being sold off.
    The Linde plants in the US considered a monopoly to government regulators have been sold.
    Some Linde as well as most Praxair drivers are unionized.
    We will address the name change w an amended contract which has a year and a half to go.
    As far as a new contract goes we'll have to wait and see.
    I personally only need one more contract and I'm done and will collect my government cheese.

    Oh so you won't be jumping ship like some others. Good deal!!! Linde was one of a hand full of companies to offer a pension and a 401k. But I'm not sure if that will be offered once the smoke clears or not. However some people that can remember Messer have said they were a great outfit when they were in the U.S. In the past

    . That’s how I feel about that phony bunch at Linde. Their delivery locations suck. Cameras facing you, multiple trucks everyday. I gave them a few years and can’t recommend.

    Well darn driver, you've bumped every linde thread on TTR with your thoughts. Are you ok? Because right now it sounds like you will be put on the terror watch list. I hope you don't show up to the Indiana terminal in the morning to prove your point.

    Take a deep breathe and be easy!!! People get fired everyday, but still gain a position else where. And most office personnel feel like truck drivers are below the scum of the earth. So nothing new there. But hey don't worry Wal-Mart Transportation needs drivers!!!
