    I am starting to see a breakthrough. More and more ads with guarantees. Just saw this: $1154 a week guaranteed, no matter what happens, and you still get negotiated home time. Starts the first day of orientation. Paid healthcare too. Quarterly mileage and safety bonus. Reefer company. Probably some things not mentioned, but I am encouraged by this movement.

    Yeah, a guy at First Fleet was right up front about that. They call, you move, day or night.

    Then there is the optimist that posted team rates out of Nashville. 27 cents per mile or 55 to the truck. Bet their phones are ringing off the hook.

    It’s a trick. More companies are getting dinged for not paying overtime. Salaried employees are exempt from over time.
