I run central VA to western side of WV a few times with loads less than 30K, and never, ever use route 33.
This is the reason why.
I pulled a reefer load of eggs ONCE, and it was heavy as hell. Them hairpin's and steep grades will do you in quick. Sadly, this driver took that risk. -
RIP, not much left of that truck.
I took that road one time but I was empty. I’d of hated to been loaded heavy.allniter Thanks this. -

It's not for me. Even though I like mountain grades.
