Prime example of why Swift Drivers have the reputation they do!

Kinda like this idjit from Werner. Hey, it's no wonder it's getting harder to find places to park.

Oh, hell, yes, I'd have lost it. There is no reason for that crap.

 

I realize many Swift drivers get alot of flack for doing things that drivers feel is "bone headed" I have had the experience of running into many of those bone headed drivers who happen to drive for other companies or just happen to be " a owner operator"
One O/O comes to mind that had the most beautiful truck I had seen and the ##### he was thought because he was so special he could park in the fuel island since the lot was full and go take a shower.

Instead of giving the trainer crap maybe you could of explained that other drivers need to park and suggest he use the opportunity to let his student practice backing up into one of the spots and not block them.

This kind of criticism is why this industry has a repetition and why you can not get more then 1 driver to agree on anything.

The ignorance of a few should not dictate that most drivers out here are honest, hard working, considerate drivers including people who drive for Swift. Swift will be in the spotlight for errors with drivers because they have more trucks then anyone else, they are a starter company who train new drivers to work in the trucking industry.

Before any comments are made, I have never driven for Swift nor do I plan too. I did not go to school through Swift or any other school as I was taught by my husband and took my test in my truck.

If drivers would stop critisizing each other for the company they started with or who they work for, and learn to help each other maybe..... just maybe..... we could get things changed in this industry.

The likely hood of that happening is when..... more then one driver can agree to not disagree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I agree with the poster, that what the Swift driver did, was a bone head move, but come on now, Swift isn't the only company that does things like this.. A better title whould have been Prime example of why Swift,Werner, Jb, Conenant, Crst, TMS, etc Drivers have the reputation they do!
