So changing the light bulb at the top of a 1,500 foot TV tower is not the job for you?
Sphincter tighten a little? Get a little queasy in the stomach?

I'd do the executioner job for free. As for the innocents, just a cost of doing business. Acceptable loss for cleaning up, IMHO.

I know this is about jobs in general but in the trucking world, I'd say those cats that have to dump waste/sewage/trash etc in the landfill. I rode along with my buddy once and it was nasty as all get out. He did roll off work dumping left over trash and what not from new homes that were built, so what he was dumping wasn't bad. But I made about 6 trips with him that day just for the hell of it and let me tell you, it wasn't pleasant. A smell that just stuck in your nose and on your clothes all #### day. He had to back up to the huge pile of god knows what and get out, walk through it to open the gate up on the roll off and then get back in and raise the dump. I watched him walk through dirty diapers, sewage crap, trash, rotten #### of all types, hell I watched a few people dump dead cows, goats and horses. That was the first, and the last time for me.

Being a tower repairman, the ones that scale the 500 foot towers and such, that's bad ### dude. Age does limit though. I don't think I could have safely crawled up there with 40 or 50 pounds of gear after I was 40.
I think food service is about the same. It's a great way to get paid to stay in shape. -
Lineman... with a difference.

I got to be a "hot tender" for a bricklayer -- I lasted about a week before I caved and looked elsewhere. that's some tough work!
