Time for you to head out. Enough of this abuse. I hate to be difficult but you are valuable and frankly this is abuse.

 

CA is 3 hours behind NJ..you and your co-driver will be 3 hours ahead of time.....

i have been to Avenel as well, can't remember the place though, but they did warehouse cigarettes...

 

They already accounted for that. LA was paying particular attention to our departure on that one as they usually did.

That was one reason why we were doing what we were assigned to do for a period of a few months nothing but FFE back and forth. It's really intense. We did good. Nothing was late. But it's near thing some loads.

This would be the one person on TTR who knows his stuff. It will still be up to you.

End this abuse asap. Move on.

The reason I say is that our teaming was beautiful, nothing like this crap. I hope you do find what you are looking for else where. It's not with this outfit. And definately not with Mr Pooper. If anyone holds blame it's HIM followed by your COMPANY for abusing a valuable asset (You)

 

what you can do is, hit up any and all LTL companies in your area, or at least a 30 60 minute drive from your house...R+L Carriers, Old DOminion, Yellow, ABF, Estes, etc,etc..some may hire you for city work, some may hire you for night time line haul work....

you can do nearly all applications online for these companies.

 

Don't walk, RUN away from that company. Working for them for a year and still receiving only training pay is more than wrong, it's criminal. Unless you've done some things that would make it difficult to change companies like accidents or tickets, there is no reason to put up with a co-driver crapping and peeing in the truck while you are there too. Most drivers wouldn't dare crap in their trucks if they drove solo. That's just nasty. Ultimately we do this job that most people don't want to do because we want to earn as much as possible for our families. You're away from your son and not being paid enough to make that sacrifice so it's time to find a job that will pay you what you are worth.

Hopefully Chinatown will check in with some job suggestions for you in your region.

 

try asking for a solo run, or another team mate..

all they can say is no....

then go from there.

if you are afraid of what might happen, then you will never leave and the abuse will only continue...
