“It’s hard to find good help”
Mostly, even people that own their own business suck anymore. Everybody is a dam “specialist” Cept they specialize in not being able to do what the #### they say they do.

Today is feeling more n more like I should stop trying to have decent equipment and offering high end service; sell what I got n buy a couple white curb sniffers + find a couple of mouth breathers to “drive” them. Contract freight and hired help.

 

We call them fleas....

 

Get a call at 3 pm today for my load tomorrow - just telling me the delivery location has changed - By 450 miles..... uh that is not exactly how this whole overweight thing works - just saying

 

Wasn't that how it was always like back in the '80's? Get 'er done driver! Isn't that what those long legs and loose leaf sheets are for?
