If a broker owes you money for unpaid freight bills? You need to
contact BB&A immediately. The more speedily you place the debt for
collections, the more advantageous it is for our collection staff. This
equals BB&A being able to maximize your recovery, meaning getting you paid
in a timely manner and getting the absolute most money possible. BB&A is
100% contingent. We only get paid, when you get paid!
Should you need to place a Carriers or any other unsatisfactory brokers
for collections? BB&A requires the following docs: INVOICE, RATE-CON. &
BOL from your service, along with our signed CLIENT AGREEMENT.

• Freight collections are all we do.
• Our service is risk-free. If we can't collect, you owe us nothing.

stay far away few years ago they screwed me on 2 loads owing me 2k I had proof they didnt pay me on 2 loads they wouldn't even answer me. so i made complaints against them. it seems that have as part of their phone system they can add you to a list so when you call they already know who you are and are instructed to answer a certain way. or they can choose not to answer phone. TQL will screw you and gets to stay in business they are so big it doesnt matter. I never got my money out of them.
