What ended up happening with this?

 

stay far away few years ago they screwed me on 2 loads owing me 2k I had proof they didnt pay me on 2 loads they wouldn't even answer me. so i made complaints against them. it seems that have as part of their phone system they can add you to a list so when you call they already know who you are and are instructed to answer a certain way. or they can choose not to answer phone. TQL will screw you and gets to stay in business they are so big it doesnt matter. I never got my money out of them.

 

Should've filed against their bond, not that hard to do.

 

I recently caught ITS red handed doing the same thing. I filed a claim against Interstar's bond. Internet Truckstop was their surety bond holder. The ITS rep immediately countered claiming I had to wait 30 days late before filing a claim. However, it was clear she never bothered to read any of the files I sent her showing the dates AND I never invoiced Interstar when I sent in the BOL and signed rate con after delivery was completed. I simply forgot to attach it. Didn't matter to the ITS girl. She never even looked and I caught her. Then she said the due date was on my invoice and it took precedence over the contracted data or rate con. I was shocked. They're all clearly in bed together. Doesn't surprise me that an insurance company never wants to pay a claim. It seems par for the course that they'll take money for premiums and never have to pay out. It's a great racket.

 

Which explains why the trailer abs light kept coming on and off the trailer abs breaks where engaging it was for bad breaks cause the breaks where thick all around that trailer oh people are dirty

Based on his picture (in an airport) and the fact that this was his first post, I'm guessing he got his wires crossed and replied to the wrong thread while surfing this forum prior to catching a flight.

 

I blocked TQL after they shorted me on almost every invoice...for various reasons.. TQL is a joke! They make their money off carriers!
