I looked at another one today but the metal bottom scuff protector was slanted towards the floor. Seems to me that it takes away from the 101" available width. Anyone have any problems with that?

I hauled an empty can load out of NY yesterday.
When I arrived, they questioned the inside width on my sheet and post Great Dane due to the thick scuff protector near the floor.
Believe it’s around 100.25” wide at the bottom.
Got loaded no problem and went on my way. So far it hasn’t cost me any loads.Brettj3876 and DSK333 Thank this. -

This was out of Ball in Saratoga. Went to Allentown.
If I go to Nichols, usually go over to CT and deadhead home. -
Ahh ok we pull out of nichols. Easy on easy off

Food grade means the trailer is clean.
We actually have to pass a food grade course, and be food grade certified now.
The shippers do have a food grade standard, but it applies to being clean, and not leaking
AND
the condition also applies for pet products as well. -

You want the post 24" on center.
E track is a luxury, not a necessity.
You want to have plenty of ratchet, I emphasize ratchet, straps. Like 10. I have like 30 + lol.
I just had a Level 2 where your boy broke the seal and inspected the cargo for securement. Hazmat no less.
Passed.
Unsecured cargo in a van is low hanging fruit for them.DSK333 Thanks this.
