JB hasn't called me since last week. This is the first week in over a year they have not called. Last week Bonnie called me at my house on my cell phone.I told her that I was getting together all of the drivers that they won't stop calling and trying to get a class action lawsuit going with my lawyer and the other drivers. I guess she really listened this time. My wife at home and I on the road, have not been called this week. I had told Bonnie that JB was tying up my cellphone and filling up my voice mail, they didn't leave messages, only once.and always no callback number. I told her my lawyer was going to send them a bill for all the calls on my cellphone and that I had to pay to use voicemail. If I get anymore calls I will get others to sign up and we can sue them for harrassment, and cellphone expenses,we have told them and told them. I"m going to wait and see what happens. ya all have a good day.

Makes me glad I never even considered trying to work for them. All of this just reinforces what a lousy company they really are. Why anyone would consider working for them is beyond me.

No need to feel silly, after all, he does list his location as Russia, unless that's in Pennsylvania somewhere....

On a side note, Roadmaster is another outfit famous for always calling. Even after telling 4 different people that I graduated from another school, they still call.
ok back to you regularly scheduled thread. -
You had better check with your labor laws in your state, if you are a driver and that company takes out taxes on you and not a contractor like a leasee, they have to give you accrued vacation time you have earned. The social security and or labor office will help you on this one. alot of folks give up their vacation time and let it go. I know for a fact in maine they have to give it to you. I know some folks that have fought and got it. It's in the laws on employers to pay you prorated vacation time that you have accumulated.
