Still learning. Some people learn slower than others?

 

I worked for an ad agency in 2004. They knew nothing about trucking. So I get the semi inspected and road ready. For two months I sorted out problems on the tour. After that I was fired and they hired a cheapie to take over. Being 1099 I had to live with it.

 

Hahahaha. I never lie for carriers. If the carrier has me answering broker calls, then I'm giving an accurate location and ETA for pickup and delivery. When you tell the truth, you don't have to have a good memory.

 

I give their "appearance", of caring and hustle 5 stars. But underneath it all... Negative -2 stars. They are set up so you pay and are liable for everything. They say you can run as a owner operator. But yet you NEEEVVEER, get to see a rate confirmation. So they say you get 82%. 82% of what. Well, it's of whatever they tell you the rate is...So go figure that part. Second, they give really no thought about what benefits both company and driver. Just as long as they get they 18%. So if all they can find you is a load paying 1200 going a little over 700 miles up over and all through the mountains with 44k lbs. Than oh well, they've made their 18% while you eat all the other cost. Last but not least. They will show you what other drivers are making, but that's all providing you can make it through all the expenses of the first 5 weeks + $500.00 a week out for escrow till you hit 2500... Please, and I cannot stress this enough..Please ask questions, and dont get hustled by the fast talk then when you get up there you are pressured into a truck. Because all they do anyway is sub-rent you the Ryder or Penske truck at a little higher cost....Any questions you may have about this company please feel free to post it as a reply to this review and I will up date with a answer like;

You can't get compensated for an injury. Think what the word "independent" means. You contract to them. You don't work for them. If you came to paint the walls and slipped should they pay you?

 

I work for them right NOW I hope to get OFF this truck tomorrow they rip you off
