I worked for a carrier who finally had to define on paper everything drivers got paid for and how much.
We voted no union when the agreement was published
Previously only a select few drivers got paid for all services rendered/waiting time etc
chain pay?

If a driver doesn't feel that he needs to be paid for chaining up, who am I to argue?
But I'll bet if those same drivers...and the some of the guys who posted in this thread...were offered something extra to get out there and hang iron they'd take it. -
