I am leased onto a company and they take the fuel that i use out of my weekly settlement. So should i include the fuel i used when deducting my taxes from my weekly settlement?

I would find out how they plan to itemize it.

My guess would be that you never spent the money or received it and it's one less thing to worry about. Someone will correct me. Sounds like a wash though.

It sounds like you're being charged for the fuel, then you should be able to claim it. I'm sure someone in the know will answer you soon with the correct answer, though.

Yes,... OR just use the fuel reciepts. Dont try to deduct both LOL

I say this assuming you are using the fuel card they gave you, and this fuel charge comes out of your settlement.
