Well...I’m playing babysitter now for a manufacture defected transformer.

...I wish it was cool.

Either I get to go back to the customer and have them take it off and drop it in a scrap pile. Or I get to go back and have them sign-off on my paperwork saying I get to take it to a repair facility on their dime. Or I get to go back and have them sign-off on my paperwork saying we will take it back to the shipper on their dime.

#### situation all around I guess.

 

Sucks to get stuck in the middle of something that has nothing to do with you.

 

Apparently Federal Law states they have to take the transformer?

Didn’t know that...

 

Get a copy of that law!!

 

I was thinking the same....

This is what dispatch told me so we all know how factual and truthful that is...
