Most people doing Lease Purchase probably couldn't go to walmart and buy a pair of shoes... It's very sad but its very true..

Loan Mountain is a lease purchase. It was kind of a joke. They have used trucks also. Yeah everyone wants the new truck without the new truck payment.

Prime will lease a new truck for $1,100 a week or $4,400 a month and Loan Mountain is ONLY $2,600.

    Neither does $2600 and "only".

But I get that's a small payment considering the market.

I got a buddy who did lone mountain and he told me that the down payment was $2500 but they also wanted to see an additional $2500 in his bank account before they would do the deal so he had to show $5k... His payment was $2600 per month and to my knowledge he did finish the lease out...

In 2016 I posted this comparison here of Loan Mountain and Prime's LP program the comparison was accurate then. Then Prime's LP was $780/wk not $1,100/wk. Now 2yrs later perhaps the numbers have changed some but I'd be surprised if Prime's lease increased $320/wk but I haven't looked into it lately so I can't say.

Prime lease = get out now?

Does Prime require a down payment like Loan Mountain?

Ok thanks, I'm not going to read through that thread. I was thinking that would be the big difference between the two.

Prime being no money down and LM money down is needed. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Either way I would never do either of them.
