Is there a railhead in North Dakota? I was asked by a wholesaler years ago to take a load a week to some bfe auction out there. I told him loading in Buffalo and Syracuse every week was cold enough for me. I grew up in Florida.

It's actually in Dilworth, MN. Just across the river from Fargo. 80% of the freight goes to ND, though.

That is a great looking ride. Were the 3 vans difficult to load and unload? 2500 pickups with “camper” mirrors are the biggest thing I have had forward of the back top deck on my current rig.

The Vans are a lot narrower than they look, with the 2 170 inch wheelbases on the trailer I drove in the first one and strapped the front wheels, put it in neutral no e brake and slid it forward until the rear tires were on the middle deck front flippers then strapped it up. I did this because you have to leave a sizable gap between the two decks in order for you to have enough room for the 170 on the rear. Then I split deck the last van and raised the rear cylinder on the middle upper deck to in turn lower the rear of the first van on the trailer since the backup camera sticks up quite a bit then I was all set. 6 ft of overhang total. The van on position 2 has an AC unit and is 14’2 when driven on without pulling it down. You have to undo the strap from the barrel and feed it through the leaf spring bracket on the rear then back into the barrel to get a good pull. You will shear a hole in the frame if you try and hard tie it with the strap hook. I got it down to 13’9 and went all the way up to Bangor Maine from Ladson SC with no issues. Hope that helps!!
