Seattle it aint, I can guarantee you that.
Other installations like the Rocky in Colorado is nothing but a field having been retired, decommissioned and eliminated over these past 30 years.
I know a little bit about nuclear because PA was with the electric outfit in Baltimore Calvert Cliffs, Peach Bottom and TMI comes to mind for me. Otherwise it's Conowingo for hydropower and other places. I prefer not to deal with it myself. Ive got my own troubles enough. -

But trucking? Hmm... what can it be done to get you out here on the road related to that work. Maybe you talk to a driver that comes onto your workplace sometime who seems to be put together, clean and relatively alert... with a decent tractor etc.
I used to run into Norfolk Navy Base long ago, unrelated to shipbuilding but delivered basic stuff like roofing materials for the navy buildings and so on. They needed a awful lot of it then. Nothing too fancy.
