    The TA app updated today and I didn't get any shower credits with 100 gallons. The app says I'm gear 3. Does anybody know if TA/Petro has changed their policies? I'm figuring I'm going to have to start frequenting Love's a lot more.

    Looks like it was either an error or you're not allowed 5 credits. Still 60 gallons for a shower credit, but they're changing their rewards to 5 tiers. Up to 4x the points and then 4x in the next month as well. Just have to buy 1750 gallons from TA.

    Yeah I topped off before coming into California today with 85 gallons and I didn't get a credit either.

    Bring your receipt to a fuel desk they should fix it or give you a shower. They can tell if a shower has been claimed on it.

    Last time I fueled at a TA I didn’t get any points at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got the shaft.

    I just ran into the same problem and called customer service. They are doing some sort of trial program where you have to wait 24 hours after fueling to earn a shower credit(which is stupid IMO) but I have fueled more than 24 hours ago, yet no shower credits show. Looking on their website, it appears that "shower credits" are now called "UltraCredits" (customer service never mentioned this) to which I have 3. Just found that out, so I haven't yet went back into Petro to see if it will work and I can get a shower.

    Holy ####. TA has gone full retard. As of the first you cannot get more than one shower credit in 24 hours. I fueled up at 1930 on day, then 1850 the next. Only one shower credit, not two. First they increased the gallons required and now this? Screw you TA.

    Yup...there is no longer a "shower services" side bar. It now says "Ultra Credits". Once you click that, you have the option to shower. Guess my crystal ball is on the fritz because I should have known that! :rolleyes:
