What's the best fuel treatment for these cold temperature up north .I used 911 in North Dakota and I still had my fuel gel up last night?

911 is for emergency only (if it has gelled up)
I would use the Howes or Lucas anti gel.
    Read the back for directions.

I only use the sister to the 911 red bottle, the fuel treatment in the white bottle. If your putting in #2 in the states, your probably going to gel even with the treatment.

Below zero your supposed to double dose your fuel.....so 1 jug for 125 gallons.....

But I agree that buying good fuel that’s winter blended is 3/4 of the battle.....

    Lol That’s completely false
I fuel up on #2 all the time
After treatment, never had any issues.

Several of my companies trucks have gelled at our Fargo terminal. I won’t risk it in these temps.

I have to ask you, are you Canadian and what's the furthest point north in Canada that you've ever been and the lowest temperature you've driven in without gelling or ice ups?

If you lived where I live, you probably wouldn't think about using #2 fuel with additives during the peak of winter, not until you got into SD or south of that.
You might carry additives, but your tanks would be full of winter fuel, no matter the cost.

I've seen lots of truckers with similar opinions as yours, all froze up and being towed to a shop to be thawed out, fuel and antifreeze in the truck and reefer basically solidified.
Us Canucks would sit in the truck stop and make bets on how far the American trucks would make it out of the driveway after idling all night, usually not more than a mile or two.
