Your right I won't be around on the road long. Started back in the 80's it' almost time. ALSO was one of the original people on the. Way back when it was still a dot net.
Anyway I'm not a tuff guy, cb Rambo, or usually trouble maker. Leave me alone and I will do the same. But when you try to play tuff guy with me. Yelling and calling me names in middle if night. (For doing something i asked and was given permission to do) Then turn out you don't have balls to back it up. Just want to antoginize, and then film my reaction. Just to put on you tube or show cops. Sometimes you reap what you sow.

If you unhooked the guy's trailer and bashed in his tail-lights instead of just getting in his face you're the one who's wrong.
If you have issues with somebody settle them face to face. If that means the two of you go out behind the last row and see whos the better fighter, that's fine. That's old school but it still works.
If the other guy won't fight, and if he runs away like a sissy, you've made your point. You stood up and you won.
But to sneak around in the dark and pop somebody's fifth wheel and destroy their tail-lights instead of just facing the guy man-to-man...that is a cowardly act.

Ok gonna let this go after this.
However old school was pulling the 5th wheel. Had it happen to me plenty back in the early 90's. If your old enough you remember that.

Cowardly is yelling and swearing at somone from a distance. Then when they start walking over to you. Pulling out your phone and recording them (cause your scared)
Truth be told at almost 60 I am not gonna start a fist fight with a 30 something (even if they are a pencil neck geek)
But I will get in thier face and yell, swear, and scream back.
So if the other guy is man enough to yell, swear, and call ya names. Be man enough to stand there. Old school is " if your man enough to dish it out. Be man enough to take it" any way I'm not gonna reply to this anymore. It has become down right silly. Have a nice day.

    *stunned*

    *blink-blink*

    Note to self:

There is no honor in pulling someone’s 5th wheel. A man of character knows this, a man without character will try to justify it, but will always be wrong.

    Be better than that.

Why didn’t you just ask a couple of real truck drivers for some money so you could have got a Reserved Parking spot for yourself?

    Children, let it go!!
Learn how to deal with reality.
The way it is, and the way you think it should be are two different things.
Now smile, be nice, have a nice day. Hold the door open for someone. Better yet pay for coffee for the person behind you.
And as always Bless your heart. Have a nice day

The 'old school' way was to pull others' 5th wheel release handles? I doubt that. Everyone knows pulling someone's 5th wheel release pin is the sissy way to demonstrate one's passive aggressive mommy separation anxiety issues.

Most old school truckers are saying in the olden days, truckers helped each other out and were "knights of the highway" type stuff. I find it hard to believe a 5th wheel puller even existed back then. It has been the younger entitled generation (grew up getting a trophy for showing up to play the game) who would be more bent on that sort of behavior.
