I was driving a tandem Kenworth tank truck, unloaded (Early to mid 2000's I believe) and got stuck in a snow filled yard. I had to lock up the inter axel as well as both diff's to get unstuck once. I then carried on working there outside the truck for a few hours before driving home. It wasn't until I got all the way home (About 125 miles, 10% grid and 90% highway) before I realized they were still locked.

There was no light on the dash or any other warnings. I didn't notice any issues when trying to steer, but I only had to make a couple 90 degree turns during the drive. Now I'm concerned with what kind of damage I may have done. The tires on both axels are all the same make and put on new together.

I accept the fact that there was unnessary wear on the tires and drive train, but if everything seems to be fine now and I didn't snap anything, does that mean I should be in the clear as far as a catastrophic breakdown/failure?

Fingers crossed, Thanks for and and all insight!

You should be fine. I have left power divider in, on trucks i have owned, and not had issues.

Watch your hub seals carefully for leaks. I know some model Kenworths can lose seals on hubs if the differential is locked at highway speeds. Factory defect on certain models, if I remember right. I lost two seals on a 2015 Kenworth T680 when I took a heavy load out of an icy yard and didnt switch off the differential lock.

Hub grease has a strong earthy scent, at least the stuff in that Kenworth did.

They usually don't start breaking down until they get hot(after a couple thousand miles)if it didn't get hot you should be fine, but you should rig some kind of light or buzzer so you know it's engaged. The one I drive has a light on the ceiling console that shows the rears, so far I've left it in at least a half a dozen times. The driver before me blew up 3 front rears and a PTO in 20yrs of driving.

I believe your lockers may only work on the low side of the transmission, or only up to a certain speed, so no problem there. The power divider probably caused a bit of accelerated wear, but no problems.
