    A friend of mine is fresh out of school and he's looking for a decent starter company that's either local, regional, or OTR in the Seattle area. Looking for advice from fellow drivers in that area so I can advise him properly. Thanks in advance.

    @Chinatown can give more suggestions.

    If your friend opts to run OTR instead regional or home daily, there are plenty of options in the Kent Valley on down through Sumner.
