I'm Sikh myself and can tell just by the name that he is. It's not hard to differentiate between the two. My buddy in Calgary used to see him in the Sikh temple there.

Is there something to do with the bracelet on the wrist?

I've heard stuff about wearing the bracelet vs not having the bracelet... like one of those q ray looking things

I'm not very religious myself, normally if you see a brown person wearing that silver bracelet it means that they are Sikh. If you see a red thread it usually means they are Hindu. I personally don't wear the bracelet. It basically means you have a commitment to God. After seeing some of the disgusting things I've seen many do, I'm surprised they even wear one.

The industry in the states is the same. There’s no driver shortage. There’s a shortage of proper pay for drivers. Shippers and brokers are pulling loads as cheap as they can get to maximize profits, some people pull loads at a loss for the tax write off, driving wages even further into the toilet. So they bring in immigrants and take advantage of them. And it’s all to keep retail costs from climbing. We’re screwed.

Severe lack of training combined with trying to learn the language and ways of a new country is a recipe for disaster..
We see this on a daily basis.

It's a sad state of affairs that these companies allow guys like this to drive without proper training and the governments look the other way.
Very scary times we live in.
