Did you set leveling valve at right height? There is a measurement to set at.
flood Thanks this. -
the leveling valve is pre set from freightliner...I told them to replace it and still a problem
-
air bags are hard as a rock on cab..
-
Again have them check the RIDE HIGHT
This adjustment IS NOT done with the leveling valve it is with the length of the rod from the leveling valve to the suspension or where the rod connects to the suspension there's an adjustment in there somewhere to change the ride height
1/2" to low and the bags are to soft and rides like ####.
1/2" to high and the bags are to hard and it rides like ####
And the ride hight is not the same on all trucks. Mine should be 7 1/2" (+ - 1/4"). I have mine set at 7 3/4" -
ok how do I measure it

I feel every bumb from front to back of suspension...I hit a bump so hard my fridge flew across my cab...ugh
