I don't get tired of it really because it does get broken up. I talked to others here and they are running areas i don't so it kinda gets mixed i think depending on where you live or what Dispatch team your on. I kinda like being on same routes because you get to know it and the people where you frequently go.

Yes we do run to alot of the same places but not always. Generally we haul a dedicated run out of Salt Lake and grab a back haul to Salt Lake which could be just about anything.

Spouse only right now is $150 a week. There is talk that might come down in price. Not sure how much.

Microphone, yes with outward facing camera.

Thanks for the info. Ouch 600 a month for wife's insurance, hope it does come down. Another company with a microphone in the truck..I just dont get that ughh! I do like their salary pay and the fact that you can bank days off. I dont know, got several more months to decide.

I hear ya. I had those same thoughts before coming over here. Microphone hasn't effected me at all. It's not like any one really listening to ya. Just there for emergencies in case something happened. Insurance is the one thing that bugged me the most. Finding out other companies don't have health insurance cost that are much better tho.

For me the Salary, banking your time off, opportunity for bonuses, refrigerator in all trucks, inverters in all trucks, after 30 to 90 days you get new truck etc.. etc.. once i got here and got rolling for awhile i just ended up liking it alot. I like the type of loads we do, the people here are always helpful, i like how we get paid while at home it's just a lot less stress, if it's bad weather or loads don't workout whatever the cause you may not hit bonus miles but your still getting your paycheck.

I don’t mind keeping the same trailer when it’s a good one. How are the trailers there?

Well i use to drive for Schneider so in comparison they are top notch. Like their trucks they have a lot of new ones. I only had to get a trailer serviced once for a corroded taillight wire. Sometimes we have issues with the reefer throwing alarms but usually that's a quick fix by just clearing the code. All trailers are outfitted with thermoking reefers.

I was swapping out trailers up to 3 times a day. I look forward to keeping a trailer and going a long haul!
