Where is everyone #5

The truth is always simple. When life becomes complicated, simplify life. The quote about shooting the messenger is my favorite of the 3 also. Why?

The people that I call friends have a quality that I admire. Noble qualities are evident, in that everyone can see them...not just your friends. It doesn’t mean that you won’t have bad traits (who doesn’t have bad traits?), it means that your dominant trait is a noble one.

So, if someone comes to me to tell me dirt about you, I will ignore what they say about you and question their motives. I already know what I need to know about you, so why are they telling me about your dirt?

Example:
I have a friend that’s the president of a motorcycle club. His vp is extremely loyal to him. It is evident to everyone. Loyalty IS nobility. We were at a function and I told the guy that he was a good dude. When he had walked away, I had members of the club try to tell me some dirt about him and his baby’s mama. Now, why are people who are not in that relationship telling me, a complete stranger, about this guy and the mother of his children? It’s none of my business. Were they speaking truth? Irrelevant! It’s none of my business.

“But Six, we think you need to know about this guy...”
You mean, he’s not loyal to the club?
“Well yes, he is extremely loyal to the MC, but...”
That’s all I need to know.

Im in that group of guys who lost thier mother. So mothers day is limited some times, depends if your left to your own thoughts or happen to be around friends.


Im not that close to Port Heuneme its like 230 miles down the road. i can get to pismo beach quicker than the base. Since my phone micro SD card bite the dust. i dont have any of my pics i had. I even looked at the last time i backup my phone. It was not recent by any stretch of the word.

funny thing abou the job we did at the port. We took the armory Vault door off, so we could bring it back up north. the guys from the base snagged it on friday for beer money and recycled it. we found out after the job was over by one of the guards.
