Understood. I try to stay away from assuming that my experience matches everyone elses. Actually I think it's cool you are having a good time there. Honestly if they look into that idle issue and replace that on DM that everyone gets when they start out I still feel like they would be onto something really good over there.

Just got a message today. Shipex has stopped hiring and putting new recruits on a waiting list. No referral bonus either. Going through some growing pains i assume. They been hiring at a rapid pase for about a year now and i don't think they were prepared to fill that many driver positions all at once. Just my assumption. They will probably start back up in future at some point. Will see.

Yeah I feel the same. No company is perfect and we as drivers have to figure what fits best for us as individual drivers. Some things you can tolerate because of other things you like, it's just the way it is in my experience. Some places you just can't tolerate it and that's understandable. Heck there's happy drivers working for Swift. Why? It beats me but if you like it, go for it!

Also, yes! When you first start here it's awkward because you don't get much help from your first temporary DM. That's something I think they are working on. They should provide more help to the new drivers. But after a week or 2 maybe longer and they assign you your designated DM and things smooth out. For most of us anyway from what I hear.

Absolutely. I talk to guys all the time through my channel that love swift. It's really the only thing that matters out here. If you are happy where you are. Anyway, I saw I was getting some views here. Took me a minute to track down the video. Thanks for letting me explain my side peacefully guys!

Not a problem. Thanks for sharing your experience professionally. I like getting all views of different experiences it will help others get a fuller understanding about this company, good, bad and how it works through their changes.

Delivery in Houston TX completed and pickup in Houston this morning. Extremely tight blind sided backup at precision additives in Houston, uggh! Been lucky here at ShipEX usually don't see to many of those. A very cool Texas local driver helped me out as a spotter. Thanks to him it made it much easier to Get'er done.
On my way now to Laramie Wyoming, 1200 mile run. Hot, very hot here in the long horn state :angryfire:
