I'd rather run two NYC loads than one Chicago load. Atleast NYC is an adventure. Chicago just sucks.

I don't have a problem so much with the people in NYC, actually and for the most part they are good people (of course there are exceptions) that will generally go out of their way to help another guy out. I also notice your out on Long Island, and once you get through the big city part Long Island is actually pretty cool and has an "almost" country atmosphere to it. Did I just say that? LOL

Once I've learned the roads I don't mind NY/NJ areas (but I stick to the turnpikes). But I usually turn the CB way down because of all the rude traffic there. It's odd how CB language is much worse in those areas.

I can't believe somebody said Minneapolis. I'll be the second Minnesotan to call that one out. Minneapolis is easy. It's not even congested. Of course, it's my local major city so I always enjoy driving there.

When I'm in Chicago I just take up as much of the road as I can. When in Rome...

But I can't believe nobody said Laredo, Texas! This is the only city I really had a hard time with. Everybody speaks Spanish. Can't even call for directions. Nobody knows what's going on. Narrow roads. Building numbers are pretty much nonexistent. Somebody wrote Jesus on my trailer. I'm Buddhist. Mexican trucks sliding through intersections when the light turns red. Etc.

I resemble that remark, Birmingham is not that bad if you take out malfuntion junction (I 65 to 20/59 split), Dead Mans Curve (I 20 to 20/59 and 20/59 to I 20) All things downtown and UAB Cluster. If you take those things out its not that bad, Ooops that' pretty much Birmingham. Take out Hwy 78 also. LOL

How about the on ramps and (especially) the exits in san diego. When the sign says 25 you better be doing 25.

I don't know about driving trucks in any particular city (yet) but, from my experience (which is reasonably broad), Cincinnati has some of the worst drivers on the planet and that, alone, makes this city a challenge.
