Percentage of what? That can be hard to find out. Had a company call me up and offer me 29%,"which is better than the other companies". Not if they're lowballing bids it isn't.

So I'd want to know where the average run goes and what t pays and try to convert to mileage or hours or some more standard measurement. Include possible hours of waiting in some cases.

I once waited over 22 hours to have a Sandbox traded out for an empty at a poorly run well site (Hi there, Encana). Client got two free, then tried to push back on the waiting time.

Other lesson there is always always always have enough food/water for a few days along.

Otherwise sounds like almost every oilfield ad ever posted.

    Probably legit.

It's not easy to get people to spend a winter in Watford City, ND.

percentage means nothing unless you know the rates and the average amount of work.

Well if things is running normal, it wouldn't do them any good to hire someone and not be legit, they could jump ship any day.

And they do. Company that pays every two weeks is likely to pay pretty close to reality if they can't find replacements, and cheat drivers f they can replace them before they have to pay for the 2 weeks that are 4 weeks ago. Cheaper way to run cheap freight.

Jesus, man no company anywhere WANTS to replace and train new drivers every 2 to 4 weeks, especially in the oilfield, but anywhere actually. It is not cheaper to cheat drivers than it is to have a good hand on the truck, never has been.
