Can anyone tell how my safety will be affected ?
Loaded up yesterday load that lined up perfectly within my trailer width except 3 beams 2x2" were sticking out 7" on the pass side . I decided to take a risk and drive w/o permit . Been pulled off in AR weigh station , performed level 2 inspection without violations and been issued report with dimension violation . LEO placed me out of service till permit issued but in my report in the OOS its marked N
OOS for not having a permit

Won’t be an insurance spike. You got a huge break. He didn’t place you out of service on the inspection so no safety point violations. Be happy and order the dam permit
blade, Oxbow, singlescrewshaker and 14 others Thank this. -

If you are going to bootleg don’t come on here asking what it’s going to do for your safety scores. You can’t be a concerned outlaw. If you ain’t got the guts to be outlaw do the job right.
whoopNride, Aamcotrans, 88228822 and 21 others Thank this.
