Hard to give an opinion when I'm not sure of your experience level.

If you already know how to flatbed, pass it. If you don't, you'll learn good there, never heard of a TMC load all over the highway.

If you have less than two years total driving experience, sure they pay okay and you can get on their heavy haul side eventually to learn that too. If you have more than 2 years of experience with a good record there are better places.

I'd probably get along just fine with them under different circumstances. Hell, the truck gets too small to share with myself after a couple of weeks!

Definitely not new at this. O/O turned company driver. Flatbed, stepdeck, OTR. CDL since '95 and very little of my time spent pulling vans. That being said, I still learn something new about my trade every day. I'm just looking to find the right company to finish my career with.

Well if you're very experienced then I would say no, don't go. It'll probably piss you off there more than anything.

At 53 I'm just starting to think about retirement money and as an O/O there were no guarantees, you know? I appreciate your input.
