OOS for not having a permit

Penalties need to be a lot more harsh for all offenses.
Caught speeding, you lose your license for 90 days, and a $10,000 fine...triple that for a second speeding ticket...a third offense is a 5 year license suspension and $100,000 fine.
When a ticket is no more than a nice dinner out with the wife, who cares.

 

I assume that nice dinner is not factoring in the higher insurance rates? Or the loss of revenue because some brokers won’t use companies with bad safety ratings??
