Because "it's my choice?" That just confirms my point. I have the choice to receive the reward Poly is offering me for my next drop. How? By hanging onto my paperwork instead of turning it in. Some drivers consider it worth sacrificing this reward in order to be paid sooner, but make no mistake: the reward exists.
Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

Jumping over $100 to gain $30 is what im seeing. I can recoup $30 dollars on every load, im not sure why others couldn't. This is why for now Poly is a good fit for me. Every driver gets to run the way they want as long as you're not breaking the rules of the poly system. Its why drivers quit or complain you can't make money, yet theres several who obviously are making money. I will admit poly in my opinion is making it a lot harder to be successful. That being said you just have to work the system to benefit that paycheck. -

Last time i left my home terminal GP was June 11th. Earliest i will be back is the 27-28 if thats where my backhaul goes. Am i supposed to wait 3 weeks to get a check? Am i supposed to choose crappy loads just to get by a home terminal? If you worked here now you would know that drivers do a lot of sitting more often. I personally will pass up on holding paperwork to have better weeks and make more money. Single income family of 5, i am just not waiting 3-4 weeks to get a check. To the drivers who can, more power to ya lol.Bumper Thanks this. -
This a mute argument to me.
It’s seems to me that I get more taken
Out for taxes if I turn in I’ve over 4000
Mikes in a trip.
It’s not worth it to me to hang onto
The paperwork any longer than this.mushroom1464 Thanks this. -
Trucking is hard enough as it is, for a "company" not have a more fluid pay process for the driver is something I could not deal with. The only way it continues is the drivers working there, let it continue. It's really a passive aggressiveness form of trucker abuse. -
