Boss stealing from rate pay

    Took awhile to notice but is only getting worse ..example dispatch sends trip straight from from broker stating 2700 ,then they put a sticky note only paying 2600 or write it on there ...This is directed from boss man Matt
    The company is United Transport out of Hammond Indiana .
    The contract is for 20%
    He takes the 20% and anywhere from 50 to 300 dollars off top of trip pay
    Also keeping fuel surcharge pay on many
    Our discounts have been cut over half

    After a while turn it over to a lawyer who is good with embezzlement.

    Decades ago without going into too much detail a dear friend as a manager suffered massive cash losses in his store. He documented everything for 8 months on paper. Turned it in to prosecutors.

    The owners who took all that money, hundreds of thousands were figure of speech burned at the courthouse stake.

    I have been around sole owner business, particular in part of my family with our taverns. They are always to the penny in cash for everything. No matter how much it hurts them sometimes.

    Your trucking company owner has no right to stick sticky notes for this 50, 300 or whatever dollars out of your mouth and that of your children if any. He owes you. With interest... oh... 39%
