Well as in work this week sucked, but already filling up for the first of the week.

Todays job is to make 50 or so pounds of smoked mac and cheese for a 200 person golf outing on Saturday.

We stay busy either way.

 

Well , this thread belongs to me today ,

.... Got loaded with lumber this morning. Put my straps and tarps on and 2 hrs later hit the the road. Not 20 miles down the road tarp starts flapping, pull over to fix it. 20 more miles, snapped a bungee on both sides, ok fixed them and hit the road again. Not 10 miles later 2 bungee come loose and are hanging on the d ring and tarp ends up flapping them off and into the road. By this point im thinking what the #### is happening. I pull over at a service plaza a couple miles down the road and i walk back ready to curse the tarp to the moon, and im standing there taking a look at where the bungees keep snapping, and it only took about 10 seconds to realize. i had my frickin tarps on backwards !! I had the back tarp overlapping the front and the wind was picking it up and my bungees couldnt stand it and thats why they keep snapping.

Luckily i only had about 2 feet of overlap so i crawl up top and it was an easy fix. I was humiliated to say the least but im glad i found it before somebody made fun of me lol
