Look before you even consider getting a cdl or going to school, lose the weight and get healthy.

Having a 3 month should not allow you to get into school, and having these issues will take longer than 3 months to get straight.

I hope you understand that this won't solve anything.

 

Your BMI is ove 26 which is considered Obese. Anything between 26 down to about 19ish is overweight Anything at 18 down to a certain BMI is normal for any given height in a human.

Your 90 day card, when any doctor gives it out it is a absolute warning to fix the root cause of the medical condition that triggered the card limiting to 90 days. You probably will get this only once.

As far as the sleep apena they have been pushing it for years. If you are suffering Narcolepsy (Day time sleepy) among other things, a sleep lap evaluation will get you sorted. (Keep in mind you will not sleep...)

I do not kniow about the sleep study, but I was issued a 90 day card once because of high blood pressure, and they wanted me to see a doctor and get medicine. I told them I would just be back in the 90 days, and would do it without medicine, which I did , with no problem.

 

Run and go see your own doctor or someone on the list.
Concentra is a sleep study mill and should be removed from the list

Just go to another doctor. Forget about the sleep study.

Your biggest problem is that a lot of company’s do not care about your current medical card at all. As part of their orientation they will send you for a new medical with their own doctor.

I gave up and walked away from a really good job because of this. Their doctor had God complex & i had notes from 3 other doctors & a fresh clean 2 year physical. None of it mattered, they would only go on their doctors word and nobody else’s.

 

That covers my first question if I call about an ad.
If they don’t accept my physical, I end the call and block their number.

 

I got hired on to US Foods with a 3 month card. I wasn’t worried cause I knew I’d lose mad weight the first 3 months and sure I did. Got a year after the 3 months. Why I got off OTR trucking.

 

Go get a different DOT Examine, goto a chiropractor not a MD.
If you get a new full term medical card it will supersede the 3 month card. Sleep studies are not required by DOT, it is your right I get a second opinion.

 

I would not personally disclose anything to the second doctor, do not file the 3 month with DMV, go get a 2 year card and file it.
