    Generally loads don’t shift enough to cause you to go off the road.
    Going off the road causes the load to shift and finishes the job.

    In the front of the trailer load locks wouldn’t made any difference. The load shifting would’ve snapped them like toothpicks. That load punched through the head of the trailer and the tractor like it was nothing!

    It says the load shifted due to the collision, not the other way around.

    I call BS on the load shifting causing the wreck, and for sure it shifted during the wreck

    I pull a van or reefer a lot on the haul road, in the summer the road is rough enough combined with the frost heaves, nothing stays where it starts out.
