If the officer who wrote the speeding ticket did not do a DOT Inspection, then any conviction in the courts will not show up in the CSA data base.

    snowwy and HarRav Thank this.

It''s the OP's problem because he's the one paying the insurance on his trucks.

He isn't. It is but it isn't my problem. I was just checking around and getting quotes and phone numbers, not doing the whole thing from A-Z. Insurance increases are expensive but so are labor changes for such a small company. It would just be easier on everyone if he could make arrangements to pay the ticket and not have it go on his record if such a thing exists. They did not do an inspection at the time the citation was issued. He had the court date moved to August. He spoke to an attorney today and they said, I'm not going to lie to you, but in this county, there is nothing that can be done. Waiting on other attorneys to call back.

62 in a 45. This is very unusual for him. I can see how fast he goes on the GPS (ELD) and he is typically a very very safe driver with a perfect record. I don't know what happened in this instance.

But it is still going to make my insurance go up, right? I mean if he ends up having to pay the ticket... But just not show up in the CSA database? They definitely did not do an inspection. I asked.
