Beau is just another word for boyfriend.I feel kinda silly sometimes saying boyfriend at my age, so I use beau.
If you've got a better word let me know.

Our dispatchers bust their ### on Fridays, finding loads that will get us by the house for the weekend. I've been later than expected getting in...but haven't missed one yet.
Of course, it busted my ### trying to get all those dip #### short hops delivered working my way TO the load that got me home. I really hate it when they see a way to prevent 20 miles deadhead

GA-Princess, your guy is a rookie. Any trucker worth his salt knows to verify pick-up/delivery times direct with shipper/consignee. Sooner or later, he'll figure it out.
