Can you please give me some recommendations for a good OTR company that hires out of Nashville? My wife needs to ride with me from day one

Bonus if the company has excellent breakdown pay.

I’ve got over two years recent OTR experience and all endorsements.

Anything non-ref? Or should we just go local?

I don't know of anything local where the wife can ride along.
Britton Transport may have flatbed positions. I know they run reefers & flatbeds.
@MrEd is a trainer there and can give you accurate information.

Danny Herman has rider policy and is dry van. No northeast runs.
A&R Transport has rider policy and has a loading facility at the rail yard in Nashville. Don't know if the rider policy is from day one, because you'll need dry bulk tanker training in the beginning. It's non-hazmat.

Hah I don’t mean rider policy for local. Just if there’s nothing good OTR for passenger then we’d just move back and get different jobs.

AR is a good suggestion. I saw your suggestion for bulkmatic too in another thread. What do such jobs require physically? Is it as bad as flatbedding? What are schedules like?

Tanker work is easy; hook up a hose/unhook a hose is the hardest work you'll do.
I used to pull tankers out of Nashville and the loading/unloading was during daytime hours. I think Quality Carriers bought the company or the Nashville division. @tscottme I think works where I used to.

    decent........
    Dillion Mt Juliet Tn
    SEC Southeastern Carriers
    fair

    Star
    Western Express
    lousy

MVT Mesilla Valley, Titan, Volunteer..fair companies
    but unknown rider policy

it shouldn't really matter whether if it's out of Nashville Tennessee or not if you could take the truck home for time off you can work pretty much anywhere you want
