You have no recourse with Crete. Neither does anyone else. Unless of course, you have binding agreement or contract with your company. If not, you are a right to work employee. Your comments and thoughts mean little to nothing to employers. Remember, if you don't like your job, quit. There are many more who will gladly take the job. That is why the cycle will continue.

Take care.JChors Thanks this. -
Did something change? I know that our FM was in SLC but dispatch was in Nebraska. They kept dispatch office seperate from your home terminal FM's.
Take care. -

Doesn't Boobear remind you of Karnajj? Always complaining. At least Karnajj started off as the head cheerleader for Crete ,till he became the chief complainer.
Thanks a million for your valuable info Longbow. You're the man.
FYI, I never paid attention to Karnajj either , except for the entertainment value.
PALIN FOR 2012 -
You are right; all dispatch was out of Lincoln. FM's were out in the individual terminals.

I really liked the multiple load offerings, when you could get them.

So, how do ya'll like being dispatched by the same terminal? Id imagine theres less confusion when the load isnt handled by multiple hands like when I was there. When I was with Crete, I believe it was a regional dispatching system they had.
Oh yeah, multiple load offers were great! -
FM were still at the terminals.
The "rotating" dispatcher thingy, just like multiple load offerings, was GREAT; you could never got "caught" (on a permanent basis), with a dispatcher that was incompetent or just a plain dirtbag. All companies should use that dispatch model.
BoolongbedGTs Thanks this. -
