How would anyone know of another was speeding because they speed vs. eld.

Also, eld doesn't cause anyone to speed, poor planning does. It's not like hos has changed.

I bet if a driver on paper logs got caught in a backup and the only way to make on time delivery was to speed . I bet that driver would just mosey along and be late and would let his customer reschedule him or be a work in.

And yet millions of other drivers can manage it. Sad that some drivets are so poor at their jobs that they cannot manage one of the most important aspects of that job (HOS).

Eld makes driver do nothing driver chooses to do things not ELD. Some drivers make bad choices. Some day I will decide to take a hammer to my ELD that will be all my decision also.
